By accessing or using SecureTicketsNow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.

2. User Accounts

To purchase tickets, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide valid and accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount as displayed at checkout.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified
  • Each ticket includes a unique QR code for verification
  • Duplicate or counterfeit tickets will be voided

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Authorize.net. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI DSS standards.

5. Refund Policy

Refund policies are determined by event organizers and may vary by event. Please review the specific event's refund policy before purchasing. In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, eligible refunds will be processed automatically.

6. Event Attendance

For virtual events, access links or meeting information will be provided prior to the event. For physical events, you must present your ticket (digital or printed) with the QR code for entry. Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of SecureTicketsNow or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

SecureTicketsNow acts as a ticketing platform and is not the organizer of events listed on the Platform. We are not responsible for the content, quality, or safety of events. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for tickets purchased through our Platform.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
